Casting
Metal casting is a process in which hot liquid metal is poured into a mold that contains our pattern cutout of the desired finished product. Our engineers use metallurgical testers to check quality of tensile strength, hardness, grain size and surface contamination. Our facility has a 300 kg electric furnace with a capacity of 100 tons production per month, with all processes like shot blasting, grinding and surface finish paint. Our engineers use OEM material grade of casting i.e. spheroidal graphite iron 500/7 with some copper elements to increase elasticity of the material.
Machining
We have a full manufacturing process where a desired shape or part is machined using the best machining centers like CNC, VMC, HMC and some types of special lathe machines, drill machines, powder paint coating, and a hydraulic press of 300 tons to bend metal sheet parts and crimping of rods.
